What is business alignment day?
A business alignment (or realignment) is to help get you focused on what’s important for you within the business. We will help you uncover what you’re looking at achieving over the next 10, 5, 3 & 1 years and build a 90 day ActionPLAN to implement over the quarter. We will focus on your own Personal development opportunities and requirements, business opportunities and challenges, Team and business SWOT.
You will leave feeling reinvigorated, focused and knowing what you need to do over the next 90 days to get the results you require. Normally people will then join our Membership or 1-1 coaching programmes to help with additional education / accountability, but that’s not always a requirement.
Who is it for
An alignment or realignment is for anyone looking at rediscovering the passion for their business and wanting to create a clear roadmap over the next decade. So if you feel like you need a little bit more direction & you’re willing to invest some time to create the map and the plan, this is something for you.
