What is DISC?

DISC is a powerful personality assessment tool that helps individuals understand their communication styles, work preferences, and behavioural tendencies. The assessment is based on the DISC model & categorises personalities into 4 key traits:
Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Compliance, providing insights into how people interact and make decisions

How it works?

The DISC assessment works by asking a series of questions about how you respond to everyday situations, then plotting your answers on a graph to highlight your strengths across the four personality traits. This non-judgmental, research-based tool does not measure intelligence or mental health but instead provides valuable, personalised insights into behavioural styles. DISC is effective because it is simple, practical and adaptable, offering a deeper understanding of how individuals communicate, make decisions and interact with others – helping both individuals and teams thrive.

What is included?

Our expert coaches will lead each session, providing guidance and accountability as you implement action steps to address skills or system gaps before the next meeting. A WhatsApp group will also be provided for ongoing discussion, group learning and coach support outside of sessions and participants will receive a complete set of course materials to enhance their learning experience.

How will it benefit my team?

By understanding each team member’s DISC profile, you can:

  • Improve communication and collaboration
  • Reduce conflicts and misunderstandings
  • Understand your clients and get more sales
  • Boost team morale and engagement
  • Increase productivity by leveraging individual strengths

When team members recognise and appreciate different working styles, they can adapt their approach for better teamwork and results.
