Do you ever feel like you have a job rather than a business? Many business owners do but it doesn’t have to be that way! You’ll gain valuable insights from experienced coaches while engaging with fellow participants to apply key lessons in real-time.
As you move through the program, you’ll gradually implement changes, all geared toward improving your business, sales or management. Our goal is simple: help you increase sales by at least 10% and get more time each week to work ON your business, rather than just IN it.
The journey doesn’t end after 12 weeks. We offer a variety of programs that provide long-term opportunities for continued growth, support, & learning.
You’ll benefit from 12 weekly, 90 minute Zoom sessions. Each session is recorded and shared, allowing participants who can’t attend live to stay engaged and complete the course.
Our expert coaches will lead each session, providing guidance and accountability as you implement action steps to address skills or system gaps before the next meeting.
A WhatsApp group will also be provided for ongoing discussion, group learning and coach support outside of sessions and participants will receive a complete set of course materials to enhance their learning experience.
